Solutions Architect - Manufacturing @Databricks

Overview

The role involves working as a Solutions Architect in the manufacturing sector at Databricks, helping large enterprises become more data-driven through the use of ML & AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical voice for Databricks with multiple clients.
• Guide customers on their transformational journey by evaluating and adopting Databricks solutions.
• Implement the technical strategy while demonstrating its business value.
• Build a movement of technical champions within client accounts.
• Align technical strategies around Databricks solutions.
• Provide structured mentorship to team members.
• Gain respect from peers through experience and insights.

Requirements

• Experience with large global accounts (> $1m ARR).
• Ability to establish and lead virtual teams.
• Proven track record in building relationships with executives and influencers.
• Technical experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, and/or data science.
• Production programming expertise in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Experience conducting live coding sessions.
• Nice to have: Databricks Certifications.
