Sr. Frontend Software Engineer - Growth @ClickHouse

Overview

ClickHouse is hiring a talented Senior Frontend Engineer for their Unified Console - Growth Team. This team focuses on user experience, A/B testing, sign-up and authentication funnels, onboarding, customer activation, and product analytics instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new onboarding flows, A/B experiments, and upgrade funnels to improve conversion and retention.
• Partner cross-functionally with product and design.
• Contribute to the growth infrastructure, including the attribution system and experiments framework.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building customer-facing products at a high-quality software company.
• Strong skills in React, Typescript, and web fundamentals.
• Track record of driving complex, end-to-end features.
• A strong product and UX sensibility.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
