Sr. Principal Product Manager @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to guide the strategic vision for the Developer Platform. This role allows for the management of foundational services, APIs, and infrastructure, enabling internal teams and partners to effectively scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Platform Roadmap: Define and drive the multi-quarter strategy for foundational services.
• Transition to Self-Service: Shift the platform from reactive support to a proactive product model.
• Lead Cross-functional Integration: Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and Security leads.
• Drive Developer Productivity: Advocate for improvements in APIs, SDKs, and sandbox environments.
• Measure and Optimize: Establish governance frameworks and KPI dashboards.
• Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and advocate for customer-centric practices.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure stakeholder needs are included in product planning.

Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience in building large-scale cloud services platforms.
• Proven track record in establishing goals and taking responsibility for outcomes.
• Strong communication skills for influencing change at high levels.
• Data-driven and problem-solver with a customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
