Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business health and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
• Design and interpret key performance metrics, identifying weaknesses and developing targeted plans.
• Identify untapped market potential and implement sales plans for growth opportunities.
• Design and implement sales coverage models, including territory alignment and forecasting.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support sales strategy and executive-level reporting.
• Manage core sales operations functions such as user setup, territory management, forecasting, and data hygiene.
• Conduct training sessions for sales leaders and develop change management materials.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in Salesforce and related web-based technologies.
• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar field.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt priorities quickly.
• Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Strong collaboration skills, able to work across virtual and global teams.
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Proven experience in change management and process transformation.
• Proactive mindset with a strong creative problem-solving aptitude.
