Sr. Systems Engineer, Client Engineering @Harvey

Overview

Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate through innovative technology. The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end client engineering, managing devices and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the endpoint platform including Jamf Pro for macOS, Intune, and Autopilot for Windows.
• Engineer the device lifecycle from provisioning to automated onboarding and offboarding.
• Build the automation tools required for device management, utilizing Python and vendor APIs.
• Partner with Security to maintain endpoint posture and ensure compliance with policies.
• Be the final escalation for complex endpoint issues, providing solutions and preventing recurrence.
• Support a global, in-person-heavy company and train teams across various time zones.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in endpoint, client, or IT systems engineering with experience managing a macOS MDM environment for 1000+ devices.
• Deep hands-on experience with Jamf, as well as Windows management via Intune and Autopilot.
• Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or Swift.
• Fluency with identity providers, preferably Okta, covering SSO, MFA, and endpoint policy interaction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with non-technical teams.
• Adept at working in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment.

Benefits

• Compensation ranges from $153,000 to $210,500 USD.
