Overview

Harvey is transforming how legal and professional services operate by combining advanced AI and a robust platform. The Senior Systems Engineer will own client engineering, managing device lifecycle and automation across a global team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the endpoint platform, including Jamf Pro for macOS, Intune, and Autopilot for Windows.
• Engineer the device lifecycle, implementing zero-touch provisioning and automated onboarding and offboarding.
• Build the automation for the device fleet using Python and scripts against APIs.
• Collaborate with Security on endpoint policies and overall device trust.
• Be the final escalation point for complex endpoint issues.
• Support a global company with documentation and training for independent issue resolution across locations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in endpoint, client, or IT systems engineering with experience in managing a macOS MDM environment for 1000+ devices.
• Deep hands-on experience with Jamf and Windows management via Intune and Autopilot.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Swift.
• Fluency with an IdP, preferably Okta, covering SSO and MFA.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Benefits

Compensation ranges from $153,000 to $210,500 USD based on location and experience.
