    Overview

    Affirm is seeking an experienced analytics engineer to join their Revenue Analytics team. The role involves leading the development of scalable data products to support Affirm’s revenue organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead high-impact data product initiatives for Revenue, from problem definition through to implementation and adoption.
    • Advance AI initiatives within the Revenue data ecosystem by identifying use cases and integrating AI into workflows.
    • Design and build durable data products for revenue operations and reporting.
    • Set technical direction for Revenue’s data layer, including dbt models and governance.
    • Identify opportunities to improve data architecture, tooling, and analytics scalability.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.

    Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience in analytics engineering or related roles.
    • Expertise in SQL, dbt, data modeling, and analytics engineering practices.
    • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Sigma, Looker, Tableau) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
    • Understanding of AI foundations and experience applying AI tools in analytics engineering.
    • Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce and experience supporting revenue operations teams.
