Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision for Harvey's Contracts product, establishing strategic direction.
• Lead 0-to-1 product development through the phases of alpha, beta, and general availability.
• Engage directly with law firms and enterprise customers to understand their workflows and uncover pain points.
• Translate legal domain expertise into product requirements with legal engineers and subject matter experts.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, research, legal, and GTM teams.
• Define success metrics and measure impact through established KPIs.
• Shape product packaging and positioning in collaboration with product marketing.
• Identify and prioritize features based on customer feedback and technical feasibility.
• Embrace an agile approach to build and iterate rapidly in a fast-moving startup environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, particularly in 0-to-1 product development.
• Proven success in launching new products and scaling them for adoption.
• Strong technical fluency and collaboration abilities with engineering teams.
• Experience with B2B enterprise customers, ideally in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to present to executive audiences.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proven ability to thrive in high-growth startup environments.
• Preferred experience in legal technology, CLM, or working closely with lawyers.
• Background in AI/ML products, especially generative AI or large language models.

Benefits

Salary range: $213,600 - $300,000 USD
