Overview

Docker is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy within the Infrastructure and AI Dev Tools organization. This role sits at the intersection of Docker's internal developer platform and customer-facing products, contributing to AI-native capabilities that enhance software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy for Docker's internal developer platform and AI developer tooling.
• Drive an integrated roadmap balancing foundational platform investments with AI-native capabilities.
• Establish self-service capabilities and drive adoption through measurable outcomes.
• Shape the direction of AI tools across the software development lifecycle.
• Identify internal tools ready for customer-facing offerings and lead their productization.
• Build relationships with product and engineering leaders to surface platform enablement opportunities and influence roadmaps.
• Define and track key metrics to measure platform adoption and productivity gains.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, including 4+ years at the Staff level or above.
• Proven track record building and scaling platform or developer-tooling products.
• Strong technical acumen in architecture discussions, Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, and APIs.
• Understanding of platform-as-a-product principles and AI workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
