Nepal Energies Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional for the role of Station Manager to oversee operations and drive growth at its retail stations in Lafia, Nasarawa State.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall operations of the fuel station.
Ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
Supervise staff and oversee inventory management.
Adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Maintain high operational standards and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

Current residency in Lafia, Nasarawa State, or willingness to relocate.
University degree or equivalent qualification.
Completion of the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
Strong leadership skills and a proactive mindset.
Deep understanding of the petroleum retail sector.
