Key Responsibilities

• Lead Product, Design, and AI Enablement, establishing strategy, priorities, decision rights, and operational cadence.
• Identify emerging technologies and opportunities, translating them into credible product choices and experiments.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align company and functional goals with product opportunities and investment choices.
• Enhance the product management process through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
• Develop a pathway from initial experiments to durable, supported products.

Requirements

• Proven senior product leadership experience in software, media, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI technologies for product development.
• Strong vision for product development aligned with evolving technology landscapes.
• Ability to prioritize effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Capability to identify meaningful product opportunities beyond simple AI demonstrations.
• Technical fluency in workflows, tooling, data, and production tradeoffs.
• Experience in turning prototypes and experiments into successful products.
