Overview

The role is for a Tech Lead in the Agent Framework team at Elastic, focusing on the architecture and evolution of Elastic's agent layer to support the Streams model.

Key Responsibilities

• Design a scalable architecture for the agent layer and implement new technologies to enhance system performance.
• Conduct reviews of existing architecture and lead architectural discussions.

Requirements

• Solid background in Go programming language.

• Track record of leading large technical initiatives from design to deployment.
• Strong written communication skills for documentation and consensus-building.
