Technical Senior Revenue Accountant @Doximity

Overview

Doximity is the leading clinical AI company with the largest network of U.S. clinicians, and it empowers clinicians through its AI-powered workflow platform. This role involves ensuring the accurate application of ASC 606 as a Technical Senior Revenue Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate, consistent application of ASC 606 through analysis of complex deals and contract modifications.
• Complete all required month-end close activities including revenue recognition, journal entries, and management reporting.
• Maintain technical accounting memoranda and revenue policies under ASC 606.
• Prepare and assess technical revenue workbooks and analyze revenue fluxes.
• Identify, evaluate, and implement automation improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of technical revenue assessments.
• Lead audit support and SOX control documentation for revenue.

Requirements

• BA or BS in finance/accounting; CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of revenue accounting experience in the SaaS/Technology industry and/or public accounting firm.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• A proactive worker with integrity and accountability, while also being a team player.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Workspace.
• NetSuite or Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Experience with automation or AI tools such as Claude, Alteryx, Domo, or Google Apps Script is a plus.
