Overview

The United Nations Volunteers (UNV) programme is inviting applications for the position of Clerk, Capacity Development for UN Volunteers, a home-based, full-time role offering a unique opportunity to support global learning and development initiatives within the United Nations system.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the UNV Coaching Programme by assisting with communication, onboarding, newsletters, registration data, and maintaining databases.
• Assist the UNV Learning Helpdesk by responding to queries, escalating issues, and supporting enrolment on external platforms.
• Coordinate logistics for webinars, workshops, and online training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with data protection standards and assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education required; bachelor’s degree advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in learning programme coordination or helpdesk support.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems like Moodle.
• Strong data literacy and proficiency in digital tools.
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in Spanish or French also required.
