Overview
This role offers the opportunity to work as a Project Analyst for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), focusing on capacity development and partnerships within India’s Sustainable and Inclusive Growth portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of annual and quarterly workplans.
- Assist in implementation scheduling and intervention design.
- Monitor programme activities across project locations.
- Coordinate with technical agencies, partners, and state-level teams.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and implementation progress.
- Prepare meeting notes, action trackers, and coordination materials.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including government ministries, financial institutions, and civil society organizations.
- Design and roll out training programmes for women’s self-help groups and producer organizations.
- Document best practices and support knowledge management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Development Studies, Economics, Public Policy, Social Sciences, Gender Studies, or related fields; or a Bachelor’s degree with two additional years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.
