Account Executive Enterprise DACH @1Password

Overview

1Password is looking for an Account Executive for the Enterprise segment in the DACH region. The primary focus is on hunting new business opportunities and driving growth within the enterprise sector, while managing a specific geographical territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a designated geographical region within EMEA, focusing on acquiring new enterprise clients and expanding existing accounts.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, supplemented with inbound leads.
• Drive new business growth through strategic territory segmentation and development of insights into enterprise structures.
• Engage with potential customers at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
• Present and negotiate deals effectively with executives.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German.
• 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in security.
• Familiarity with the DACH region and a proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Outstanding sales skills in prospecting, pipeline building, and territory management.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Preferable proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
