    The role involves leading the Salesforce development and administration team at Docker. The Senior Manager, Business Systems will oversee the architecture, roadmap, and operational health of the Salesforce instance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and develop a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, including hiring and performance management.
    • Own the Salesforce platform roadmap across various clouds and integrated third-party systems.
    • Engage in hands-on architecture and code review, guiding technical decisions.
    • Manage the Salesforce DevOps and release management lifecycle, including production change management.
    • Collaborate with the Technical Architect to execute architectural roadmap objectives.
    • Maintain governance over Salesforce data architecture, security model, and account hygiene.
    • Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other platforms.
    • Manage supporting RevOps tools and coordinate with other owners.
    • Evaluate new AI-driven workflow opportunities on the platform.
    • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.
    • Set documentation standards and enforce operating rules for high-risk changes.
    • Address complex production issues as the senior technical point of contact for the team.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments, along with people management experience.
    • Deep expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Flow automation, and platform security.
    • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and billing systems.
    • Understanding of RevOps or quote-to-cash processes.
    • Strong knowledge of Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
    • Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies.
    • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
