AI Operations Engineer @ClickHouse

Overview

The role of AI Operations Engineer at ClickHouse involves building and managing AI-driven solutions across various business sectors. This position is part of a new AI Engineering function within the IT Operations team, focused on centralizing AI operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions using LLMs and automation frameworks.
• Integrate AI into existing internal systems and legal infrastructure.
• Build workflows such as document generation and decision support.
• Help test and benchmark AI models against various criteria.
• Support model risk assessments alongside Security and GRC.
• Help build dashboards for AI spend and identify cost-optimization opportunities.
• Maintain agent infrastructure including provisioning and de-provisioning access.
• Design and deliver AI training programs tailored for different audiences.

Requirements

• Experience with modern AI/ML tools and frameworks.
• Experience building APIs and data pipelines.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience evaluating AI models across providers.
• Ability to understand and translate business and engineering workflows.
• Experience with data privacy and security considerations.
