• Build and ship AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools using existing platforms.
• Test and iterate solutions to ensure measurable results.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure new workflows are adopted, including training and documentation.
• Create durable handoffs, leaving teams with reliable tools and clear documentation.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, product operations, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience in building AI applications, automations, and internal tools.
• Ability to define KPIs, plans, and execute in ambiguous situations.
• Proficiency with tooling such as APIs, low-code and no-code builders, SQL.
