Overview
The role involves joining Affirm as an Analytics Lead, Full Stack within the Growth Analytics International team. This team focuses on conducting research, monitoring performance, and implementing experiments to drive the development of products and long-term business growth as Affirm expands into new international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and evolve the operational analytics framework for new international markets.
- Identify opportunities through analysis to enhance user experience, growth, and profitability.
- Translate analytical insights into recommendations and optimization strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end analytics process: define success metrics, generate insights, track performance, and create dashboards.
- Design actionable experiments to validate product-market fit and economic viability.
- Communicate analytical findings and business cases for leadership decision-making.
- Spearhead weekly metric reviews and collaborate with partners on significant metric shifts.
- Foster cross-functional relationships and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the consumer lending and credit industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitatively rigorous field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, finance, economics).
- 5+ years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, SQL, and statistical analysis using Python.
- Experience balancing multiple workstreams and prioritizing analytics roadmaps.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience mentoring junior analysts.
