Analytics Lead, Full Stack @Affirm

Overview

The Analytics Lead, Full Stack at Affirm will support the Merchant Pricing team's next phase of growth through international market expansion, focusing on pricing strategy and economic analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define pricing strategies, structure new platform deals, and analyze market dynamics.
• Utilize industry research and market reports to assess market sizing and product-market fit.
• Draw insights from performance data to design and test new pricing constructs that optimize portfolio performance.
• Monitor and iterate on international market pricing and offerings.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in analytical roles (pricing, consulting, finance, risk, lending, etc.).
• Proficient with analytical tools (Excel, Snowflake, Sigma) and scripting languages (SQL, Python).
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a keen interest in leveraging AI tools for analysis.
• Ability to work creatively and critically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
