Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager @Tailor

Overview

Tailor is a pioneer in Headless ERP technology. The Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager will own the day-to-day execution of live client implementations, serving as the primary communication channel with clients and ensuring projects progress effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communications, including question handling and escalation management.
• Coordinate with the internal development team, maintaining project management tools and keeping documentation current.
• Analyze client data to identify gaps and support solution architecture.
• Validate releases before client delivery and ensure go-live readiness.
• Create and deliver training materials for client teams.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Tailor platform to inform product insights and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of product management experience in tech or management consulting.
• Proven experience with customer-facing roles, engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with familiarity in data analysis tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits

• Salary: USD 100,000 to USD 130,000 yearly.
