Overview

The Senior Web Operations Manager at Juniper Square will oversee the company’s visibility across organic search, AEO, and GEO, focusing on how Juniper Square is found, ranked, and cited in traditional and AI search engines. The role is situated within Corporate Marketing and involves setting and executing SEO strategies in collaboration with the broader GTM organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Technical SEO, including on-page optimization, site architecture, internal linking, and regular technical audits.
• Monitor and improve sitewide crawl efficiency and indexing.
• Manage relationships with SEO agencies and vendors.
• Win Citations across open web by optimizing content for AI-search visibility.
• Extend visibility beyond the corporate website to community content and social media platforms.
• Build Category Authority by enhancing Juniper Square's authority on private markets.
• Collaborate with content and subject-matter experts to identify gaps in content coverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SEO, with hands-on ownership of a technical SEO program.
• Real experience with AEO/GEO, including earning citations in AI engines.
• Track record of acquiring backlinks and media citations based on original research.
• Familiarity with SEO tooling and AI-citation monitoring platforms.
• Technical fluency with structured data and schema markup.
• Strong writing and editorial judgment.
• Experience optimizing social media and video content for search.
• Background in financial services, fintech, or private markets preferred.
