Key Responsibilities

• Embed with customer engineering teams to design, build, and ship solutions from prototype to production.
• Deliver technical artifacts to customers, including custom server configurations and integration with existing systems.
• Translate customer security and compliance requirements into actionable plans.
• Work with Solutions Architects to refine and innovate implementation patterns.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to integrate feedback and improve products.
• Define the Forward Deployed Engineering engagement model and mentor other engineers.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of current technologies and practices.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Expertise in Go, Python, or TypeScript, with strong production coding skills.
• Deep hands-on experience with Docker and building LLMs in production.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems and software supply chain security.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50%.
