Key Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of 300+ SMB accounts across the UK and Europe, responsible for renewals and expansion.
• Manage accounts in German, French, or Spanish, in addition to English.
• Triage accounts daily to determine intervention needs.
• Conduct proactive outreach to at-risk accounts.
• Identify expansion signals and convert them into upsell opportunities.
• Forecast portfolio performance and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Provide insights to Sales, Product, and Support based on patterns observed in the portfolio.
• Balance immediate renewal needs with long-term account health.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a SaaS role.
• Proven ownership of renewals and expansions.
• Commercial instinct for identifying and acting on growth opportunities.
• Clear communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in an evolving environment.
• Fluency in German, French, or Spanish, alongside English.
