The BizOps Senior Manager (Technical) role involves leading a team of technical operators to develop the operational infrastructure that supports Brex’s Operations organization. The position is vital in collaborating with various departments to solve complex business challenges and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team responsible for systems, automation, and operational infrastructure.
• Define the long-term vision for scaling operations while driving execution on high-impact systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations teams to address complex business problems.
• Drive AI transformation within operational processes through intelligent automation and scalable internal platforms.
• Answer strategic questions related to efficiency and system design in an AI-native environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or Operational Excellence teams.
• Experience in building and scaling internal systems and operational tooling with measurable business impact.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM technologies for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Understanding of operational tooling ecosystems including Salesforce and workflow automation tools.
• Technical fluency in systems architecture and automation development, with knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, APIs.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to strategy and decision-making.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align technical solutions with business strategy.
• Ownership mentality with a bias towards action.
