Brex is seeking a BizOps Senior Manager (Technical) to lead a team responsible for the systems, automation, and operational infrastructure of its Operations organization. Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of operators in managing operational systems and automation.
• Define long-term vision for operational scalability and directly drive execution.
• Collaborate with leaders across Risk, Compliance, Payment Operations, Servicing, and Banking Operations.
• Transform traditional operations into AI-native organizations through intelligent automation.
• Answer strategic questions regarding operational redesign in an AI-native environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or Operational Excellence roles in fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of building scalable internal systems and workflows.
• Experience in leveraging AI/LLM technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of modern operational tooling ecosystems.
• Technical fluency in systems architecture, including knowledge of JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to inform strategy and measure outcomes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and align solutions with business strategy.
• Strong ownership mentality and excitement for AI-native operational systems.
