Overview

Brex is an intelligent finance platform enabling companies to spend smarter and move faster across more than 200 markets. The role of BizOps Senior Manager involves leading a technical team responsible for the operational infrastructure that powers Brex's Operations organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team managing systems and automation within Brex’s Operations.
• Define the long-term vision for operational scaling while executing on critical systems and workflows.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations leaders to solve complex business problems.
• Drive AI transformation across Operations and GTM.
• Focus on redesigning operational work in an AI-native environment.
• Increase efficiency while ensuring customer experience and risk controls.
• Build leverage across scaling operational teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in leading Systems, BizOps, or similar teams in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record in building internal systems and operational tooling that drive business impact.
• Experience in leveraging AI/LLM technologies for workflow automation and efficiency improvements.
• Strong understanding of operational tooling ecosystems like Salesforce and Retool.
• Technical fluency in systems architecture and languages such as JavaScript, Python, and SQL.
• Analytical mindset capable of data-driven strategy development.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and leading complex initiatives.
• Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to challenges.

Benefits

The expected salary range for this role is CAD $180,000 - CAD $225,000, depending on factors such as location and experience. Equity and other compensation forms may be included in the total package.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. A minimum of three in-office days per week is required, with up to four weeks of fully remote work available per year.
