Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and commercial performance of a strategic product, market, or customer segment.
• Identify high-potential opportunities through market analysis, customer insight, and competitive research.
• Develop and test hypotheses to drive user engagement and revenue.
• Build compelling business cases that cover market potential and customer demand.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to launch customer-facing products.
• Partner with various teams to take initiatives from idea to execution.
• Shape pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish a performance operating cadence around experimentation and business results.
• Communicate recommendations effectively and align with stakeholders.
• Learn from results to continuously refine the strategy.

Requirements

• Strong background in crypto, fintech, investing, or highly analytical environments.
• Deep knowledge of crypto markets, products, and customer behavior.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with business models, pricing, and market analysis.
• Strong instincts for product development and ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
• High emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
• Hands-on mentality and bias toward action.
• Ambitious mindset to build something meaningful in a fast-moving industry.
