Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver quarterly goals for the team, supporting engineers in navigating ambiguity to solve open-ended problems.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and launching backend systems at scale using languages such as Python or Kotlin.

• Proven ability to define technical plans for significant features or system components.
• Strong skills in managing significant changes in large codebases while ensuring safety and quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with a global team.
