QuoteWizard by LendingTree is seeking a remote Insurance Call Center Representative to enhance their Warm Transfer Verification program. The role involves making outbound calls and taking inbound calls from customers seeking insurance quotes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and receive inbound calls to assist customers with insurance quotes.
• Ask qualifying questions to connect callers with suitable insurance companies.
• Maintain professionalism and enthusiasm while handling a large volume of calls.
• Work within a scripted environment, striving to meet and exceed targets.
• Implement feedback to continuously improve performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-3 years of Call Center experience (Customer Service and/or Sales).
• Preferred experience in outbound telemarketing and commission-based roles.
• Detail-oriented with strong work ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and have excellent attendance.
• Technically savvy with the ability to conduct training on a personal audio/video capable laptop/desktop.

Benefits

• $17.00/hourly with uncapped monthly commission potential (averages between $500 & $3000 monthly).
