    Overview

    Twilio is seeking a CEO Communications Director to support its CEO in managing external communications and shaping a high-impact narrative across various platforms. This role is part of Twilio's Corporate Communications team and is designed for a fast-paced, strategic environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive the development of high-impact executive messaging for key milestones such as quarterly earnings and corporate announcements.
    • Partner with PR and social media teams to conceptualize and execute a thought leadership program, including ghostwriting narratives.
    • Lead proactive media outreach for securing high-profile placements and speaking opportunities.
    • Manage and grow the CEO's LinkedIn presence, ensuring authentic digital engagement.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams while serving as a bridge across the business.

    Requirements

    • 12+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or public relations, preferably in a high-growth or enterprise technology environment.
    • Proven track record supporting and advising C-suite leaders in dynamic settings.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to capture the CEO's voice.
    • Hands-on media relations experience with a successful history of pitching stories.
    • Strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to navigate complex global organizations.
