Overview

Doximity is seeking a Clinical Product Manager, AI to lead product initiatives that enhance healthcare. The role involves collaboration with various teams to drive the strategic direction of products intended for U.S. clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the mission, strategy, goals, and metrics to measure success.
• Lead a cross-functional team in product development and support.
• Gather and generate requirements based on market analysis and user feedback.
• Establish product roadmaps using Agile/Scrum processes with various stakeholders.
• Write user stories that capture feature requirements.
• Identify and scope product opportunities, driving new features from conception to launch.
• Prepare detailed specifications that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Build consensus on strategy, design, and technical decisions.

Requirements

• A licensed physician with residency training in the U.S., currently practicing or recently practiced.
• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related role, with proven success in building and launching products across web and mobile platforms.
• Highly analytical with a strong comfort using data for decision-making.
• Passion for design and creating intuitive user experiences.
• Results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Curiosity and attention to detail, with a disciplined approach to prioritization.
• Effective communication skills to maintain relationships with diverse partners.
• Familiarity with relational data models and SQL query skills are a plus.

Location

This is an onsite role based in San Francisco, CA, with the expectation of working in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
