Overview
Twilio is seeking a Compensation Manager to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent. The role involves partnering with various teams to shape the compensation philosophy and guide pay equity analyses within a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate corporate compensation programs such as annual review cycles, promotion cycles, and pay equity reviews.
- Design and deliver scalable compensation structures in collaboration with the compensation team.
- Create dynamic compensation models and dashboards, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders and partners, ensuring customer-centric solutions.
- Develop policies and processes that support compliance and growth, maintaining a comprehensive compensation repository.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and senior leaders, creating automated solutions to operational challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in technical organizations.
- Experience with equity compensation structures at publicly traded companies.
- Strong project management skills and compensation program design experience.
- Proficient in compensation analytics, modeling, and dashboard creation.
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems, preferably Workday.
- Knowledge of market pricing and sales compensation structures.
- Effective communication skills across various organizational levels.
