Contract Accounts Payable Manager @Customer.io

Overview

Customer.io is seeking a Contract Accounts Payable Manager to maintain their T&E engine during a busy period. This role involves significant responsibility and collaboration with the Accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Ramp expense management, including reviewing, coding, and approving expense reports.
• Administer Navan travel, reconcile bookings, and manage policy exceptions.
• Review AP bills for accuracy and ensure proper coding and approval routing.
• Reconcile Ramp and Navan activity against the GL and manage the exception queue before closing.
• Serve as the point of contact for vendors regarding payment details and dispute resolution.
• Identify recurring T&E issues and propose process improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of AP and T&E experience in a SaaS or high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with Ramp and/or Navan or comparable tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong knowledge of expense policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a deadline-driven workload.
• Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP is preferred.

Benefits

This is a contracted role with compensation of $45–60/hr USD, depending on experience, for an estimated 6-month term.
