Core Platform Engineer @Tailor

Tailor is focused on democratizing ERP with AI, empowering companies to solve operational challenges. They aim to redefine the development of business systems for the AI era through their platform, the Tailor Platform™.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement core architecture for the Tailor Platform
• Design execution models for business logic based on AI Agent concepts
• Design abstraction layers to connect LLM with business data and external tools
• Design APIs, SDKs, and data models (Headless-focused)
• Build high-performance, reliable infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience in backend development, including API/data model design
• Sufficient experience in development with Go or Rust
• Experience in designing reusable abstractions and API interfaces
• Experience in designing and implementing distributed systems in high-load, high-reliability environments
• Experience in performance and scalability-focused design and tuning
• Ability to break down abstract goals into specific tasks and drive them to completion with stakeholders
