Data Curation Associate @Lyft

Overview

Lyft is seeking a Data Curation Associate to collaborate with various teams in curating and maintaining essential places data sets for operations and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze search-related issues and select the most relevant resolution, following workflows and policies.
• Review and correct large volumes of data, documenting issues for analysis.
• Escalate issues to relevant internal teams.
• Perform deep dives and root cause analysis, preparing data for the engineering team.
• Work with mapping tools with high accuracy according to guidelines.
• Utilize Google Suite products including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar, etc.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity.

Requirements

• Upper-Intermediate (B2) level of English or higher.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high concentration and attention to detail.
• Understanding of traffic regulations and mapping fundamentals.
• Customer-focused with experience in delivering great customer experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace products and learning new systems.
• Experience analyzing failed user sessions (nice to have).
• Background in mapping or related fields (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Jira and basic understanding of SQL (nice to have).
