Overview

Instacart is transforming the grocery industry and is looking for a Senior Account Manager for its retail media platform, Carrot Ads. This remote role focuses on managing a portfolio of enterprise retail partners from onboarding to growth, ensuring that the platform becomes an essential tool for competitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise retail partners, increasing adoption and revenue.
• Onboard new retail partners, providing training on tools, demand sourcing, reporting, and invoicing.
• Encourage partners to adopt expanded placements and new product capabilities.
• Enhance account management practices, creating tighter playbooks and compelling QBR formats.
• Serve as a liaison across teams from Business Development to Finance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Account Management or related field, with experience in ad tech, publishers, or retail media.
• Experience supporting enterprise solutions in advertising and managing complex partner relationships.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex product capabilities to non-technical partners.
• Proficient in data analysis, deriving actionable insights from partner KPI data.
• Familiarity with billing, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation.
• Outstanding communication skills for varied audiences.
• Proven project and program management skills.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and executive-level presentations.
