Deal Desk Senior Analyst @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is seeking a Deal Desk Senior Analyst to support its LATAM Go-to-Market motion. This role involves providing rigorous financial governance and structuring for non-standard commercial agreements, partnering closely with Finance leadership, Sales, Legal, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and analyze financial models and pricing scenarios for agreements, evaluating variables such as pricing, discounting, term length, usage commitments, and gross margin impact.
• Partner with Sales to structure commercially sound deals, ensuring alignment with financial guardrails.
• Act as an educator for Sales and GTM teams on internal contracting policies and discount governance.
• Manage the Deal Desk operational workflow in Salesforce/CPQ, ensuring data integrity and policy compliance.
• Establish relationships with Commercial Legal, Billing Operations, Corporate Finance, and Sales to streamline deal processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Legal to review and structure non-standard contract language.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support business decisions and initiatives.
• Drive project improvement initiatives to enhance Deal Desk operations and internal workflows.

Requirements

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years in finance-related roles or 5 years of relevant analytical experience without a degree.
• Demonstrated analytical and financial skills with a solid understanding of core financial concepts.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with experience in building financial models.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple requests under tight deadlines.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude and high integrity.
