Overview

1Password is seeking an Intermediate Developer to join their Enterprise Tenants and Policies team. This team focuses on the B2B side of the Enterprise Password Manager, building features for large organizations to manage 1Password at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Code, test, debug, deliver, and maintain production software systems for enterprise features.
• Build features for multi-tenancy, linked accounts, policy management, and admin console experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development cycle to ensure smooth releases.
• Mentor junior team members and participate in team planning and task management.
• Write comprehensive tests and generate documentation for code and development processes.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in software development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with a modern backend language (e.g., Go, Node.js, Ruby, or Python).
• Proven experience in software development best practices and coding standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions.
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for testing methodologies and debugging techniques.
• Comfortable working across multiple services to deliver impactful solutions.
• Bonus points for experience with DevOps practices, Kubernetes, microservices, TypeScript, and React.
