Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager @1Password

Overview

1Password is seeking a Digital Customer Success Campaign Manager to design, launch, and enhance digital customer journeys at scale within a remote setting in the United States or Canada. The role focuses on translating customer and product signals into effective programs supporting customer activation, adoption, and ongoing value.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and continuously improve digital customer journeys across onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
• Develop targeted campaigns that facilitate customer activation and guide them toward meaningful product use.
• Draft and optimize customer-facing email campaigns and align them with educational resources.
• Identify friction points and opportunities through customer signals and behaviors, creating timely interventions.
• Monitor campaign performance using engagement, activation, product usage, retention, and expansion metrics, utilizing experimentation and cohort analysis for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and useful programs aligned with the customer journey.
• Utilize tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and AI solutions for campaign quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in Digital Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Operations, or Product-led Growth in a SaaS environment.
• Proven contribution to lifecycle or digital customer programs with measurable impact.
• Strong writing skills for clear, engaging customer communications tailored to different audiences.
• Ability to analyze customer and product usage data and turn insights into actionable campaign and journey enhancements.
• Experience working effectively across various teams while managing changing priorities.
