Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IT audit and advisory engagements with executive-quality standards.
- Exercise independent audit judgment across engagements, ensuring rigorous risk calibration and actionable conclusions.
- Implement sound risk and control frameworks while translating findings into clear narratives for diverse audiences.
- Utilize hands-on expertise with platforms like AWS and GCP to assess controls and design effective solutions.
- Develop a high-performing audit team through coaching and tailored development plans.
- Integrate AI risk and governance considerations into the audit approach.
- Implement the Workiva platform to build a risk-based Internal Audit model aligned with IIA Standards.
- Build productive relationships with cross-functional partners to implement scalable controls.
Requirements
- 12-15 years of progressive experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role overseeing IT risk-based audits.
- Experience in building a risk-based Internal Audit function and applying IIA Standards.
- Track record of delivering audits in fast-paced technology environments.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce executive-quality reports.
- Collaborative approach with strong influencing skills across organizations.
- Ability to translate technical expertise into actionable insights.
