Key Responsibilities

• Partner with front-line managers for consistent, fair, and rigorous performance management.
• Coach managers on setting clear expectations and delivering effective feedback.
• Serve as a first point of contact for manager questions on performance-related cases.
• Document employee investigations end-to-end and provide insights to the People and Legal teams.
• Oversee operational logistics for promotion and performance check-in calibrations.
• Provide guidance on employee terminations ensuring consistency.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in HR, preferably in high-growth organizations.
• Experience running employee investigations end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience in employee terminations.
• Strong understanding of performance management practices.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with managers and influence outcomes.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
