Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop a team of software engineers, driving their growth in impact and craft.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in people management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering production software.
• Strong prioritization and execution skills.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices.
• Effective collaboration with product managers and partner teams.
• Experience in search, ads, or privacy-sensitive domains is a plus.
