Brex is the intelligent finance platform enabling companies to spend smarter and move faster across more than 200 markets. The Enterprise Account Executive II, Embedded Finance role involves driving revenue growth through partner-led enterprise sales for Brex's embedded finance solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive complex, partner-led enterprise sales cycles and close large enterprise deals.
• Build and execute joint go-to-market strategies with key partners.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partner sales teams and end customers.
• Navigate technical validation, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
• Deliver tailored financial solutions that drive business transformation.
• Achieve revenue targets through partner-led sales motions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of closing experience in sales through channel partners, preferably in B2B tech or financial services.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Expertise in navigating complex negotiations and high-value deal closures.
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution across partnerships and sales channels.
• Self-starter capable of working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Benefits

The expected OTE for this role ranges from $226,000 to $280,000 in most locations, with a starting wage dependent on factors such as location, skills, experience, and internal pay parity. Equity and other forms of compensation may also be part of the total compensation package.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in the United States, with options to work from SF, Seattle, or NYC and requires three days per week in the office.
