Executive Communications Director, Chief Product & Technology Officer @Twilio

Overview

Twilio is seeking an Executive Communications Director to partner with the Chief Product & Technology Officer. This role is focused on crafting impactful messaging that enhances Twilio's visibility and engages with various audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement an executive communications strategy to position the CPTO as a transformative leader.
• Create all content from Twilio’s CPTO, including keynotes, presentations, blogs, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Corporate Communications for impactful communications.
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership to raise R&D leadership profiles.
• Develop content for company-wide meetings and drive communications for change management initiatives.
• Support communication for R&D events aligned with Twilio’s Builder culture.
• Build relationships with key partners to inform CPTO communications strategy.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in communications, with at least 3 years in an executive communications role.
• 5+ years in the tech industry.
• Experience influencing C-level executives.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to synthesize complex topics into engaging content.
