Overview
The role involves serving as the Executive Producer within the Brand Creative team at Mercury, a company focused on simplifying financial workflows through design, technology, and AI. This position is aimed at establishing Creative Production as a core capability, leading production for ambitious campaigns and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Own production across Brand Creative campaigns and projects, managing priorities, capacity, staffing, budgets, timelines, and risk.
- Lead ambitious campaigns and projects from concept through delivery, covering film, photography, motion, experiential, digital, and integrated work.
- Develop production plans in collaboration with creative leaders, ensuring adherence to timing, budget, and creative integrity.
- Build and manage a network of agencies, directors, studios, photographers, freelancers, and production partners to enhance capacity.
- Establish production systems for prioritizing, staffing, and greenlighting projects, ensuring high quality and repeatability in output.
- Communicate project states, decisions, constraints, tradeoffs, and risks to creative leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with Brand Creative leadership to improve work quality and build a strong in-house creative team.
Requirements
- Significant experience in leading complex, multidisciplinary creative production with a focus on large-scale campaigns.
- Deep production expertise across various media, with the ability to select appropriate production models.
- Strong financial and operational acumen in scoping, staffing, budgeting, and forecasting production investments.
- Experience in building production systems and capabilities.
- Established network of agencies, production companies, and freelancers.
- Exceptional communication and partnership skills across various teams and external partners.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and maintain clarity while building functions from the ground up.

Location
This position is available for remote work within Canada or the United States, or at the offices in San Francisco, New York, or Portland.
