Overview

The Financial Analyst role at Clari + Salesloft is vital for the company’s success, acting as a key member of the fast-growing Finance team. This position will support various organizations within the company and contribute to scaling the business through strategic financial partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Financial Partnering: Support departmental heads with headcount management, monthly budgeting, forecasting, and actuals variance analysis.
• Maintain Revenue & Retention Metrics: Own the source of truth for retention and churn forecasting models, ensuring data integrity.
• Drive Executive Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting, analyzing financial results and communicating insights to senior leadership.
• Leverage Modern Tech & AI: Utilize Pigment for FP&A planning and Claude AI for data analysis and reporting.
• Execute Strategic Modeling: Conduct ad-hoc financial modeling and scenario analyses for operational risks and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or quantitative financial analysis in a high-growth tech or B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Experience with FP&A platforms (specifically Pigment) and comfort with AI tools (such as Claude AI).
• Solid understanding of core SaaS post-sales business metrics.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• High adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.
• Collaborative mentality focused on team success.
