Financial Analyst, R&D @Clari + Salesloft

Overview

The Financial Analyst role at Clari + Salesloft involves partnering with the Research & Development (R&D) organization to contribute to the company's financial strategy and growth. This is a remote position within a dynamic and analytical Finance team dedicated to leveraging data and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead R&D Financial Partnering by evaluating unit-level economics, engineering headcount, and investment KPIs.
• Drive Executive Reporting including monthly and quarterly management reporting to analyze financial results and communicate insights.
• Utilize Pigment and AI tools to enhance financial analytics and reporting processes.
• Execute Business Case & Strategic Modeling through ad-hoc evaluations and scenario analyses.
• Support Financial Operations by partnering with Accounting during month-end close and variance analysis.

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, Sales Operations, or quantitative financial analysis in a tech or B2B SaaS context.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling.
• Experience with modern FP&A platforms, particularly Pigment, and familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
