Key Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Fin by helping prospects unlock the power of its AI capabilities.
• Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements.
• Work hands-on with customers’ technical teams as a trusted expert, coding side-by-side to drive projects to completion.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, and Product teams for seamless customer experiences and successful project delivery.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Forward Deployed Software Engineering function by sharing insights and best practices from customer engagements.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, or Physics.
• Experience building a SaaS product with real-world usage.
• Interest in AI/ML and ability to understand new problems and architectures.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Deep knowledge of at least one high-level programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Ruby).
• Able to prototype and ship software quickly while maintaining quality.
• Proficient in using and writing REST APIs.
• Strong communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.

Location

This role has a hybrid working policy, requiring employees to be in the office at least three days per week. Current hiring is in Ireland.
